Definitions 1.1 In these rules, unless the contrary intention appears: .Act. means the Casino Control Act 1992; .Authority. means the International Casino Control Authority; .casino promotional voucher. means a voucher of a nominated value offered by the casino operator. A voucher may be redeemed by a patron for an equivalent value in legal tender, subject to compliance with any specified conditions; .electronic gaming supervisor. means a person responsible for the supervision of gaming machines in the casino; .inspector. means a person appointed under section 106 of the Act; .syndicated play. occurs when 3 or more players have acted in concert to affect the opportunity of any person or persons to participate in a linked jackpot arrangement; .void. means invalid with no result. |
