SECTION 23
KENO - APPROVAL OF RULES

The following rules for the game of keno, being a game of chance within the meaning of
section 5(1)(c) of the Public Lotteries Act 1996, have been approved by the Honourable
Richard Face MP, Minister for Gaming and Racing, under section 23(1) of the Act and, at
the request of the joint licensees Club Gaming Systems Pty Limited and Clubkeno
Holdings Pty Limited, are published in the Government Gazette, such rules to take
effect on and from 23 November 1998.
The following rules supersede, on and from 23 November 1998, all rules previously
approved for the conduct of a game of keno.

KENO RULES


1. General
These Rules govern the playing of Keno and are effective on and from 23 November 1998.
They supersede the Rules notified previously in the Government Gazette.
Subject to the Act and these Rules, the Game of Keno is the exclusive responsibility of the
Licensees and the Clubs.
